British Garden Centres is a well-known large UK retailer known for its high-quality customer service, plants, and restaurants. As a growing family business, we are driven to have the best quality customer service in our Garden Centres.
We are currently looking for a Garden Centre Team Members at our Hitchin Garden Centre. Our team members play a fundamental role in ensuring customers leave our centres happy whilst taking pride in ensuring our centres look their best.
These roles will be for a minimum of 15 hours per week including weekends. There will also be the chance to work plenty of overtime, so ideally you will be able to be flexible.
Requirements of the Role:
Strong communication skills
Be dedicated to high standards of customer service.
Must be able to heavy lift and be able to carry out heavy duties.
Duties will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service
Taking cash and card payments on the tills
Stocking up and replenishing the Garden Centre
Ensuring stock is correctly presented and priced accordingly.
