What You'll Be Doing

As a Garden Designer, you'll take responsibility for delivering exceptional design and ensuring projects meet client expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all design schemes are delivered to the highest standards Liaising with customers to ensure their vision is achieved and designs have the desired effect Assisting colleagues with plant identification and recommending appropriate usage Arranging special bespoke projects for clients Visiting sites to quality check show homes and design installations Creating planting plans and landscape design schemes tailored to client needs Upholding ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards across all working practices Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained in line with company and statutory requirements Consistently delivering high levels of client satisfaction and maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in garden or landscape design Strong plant knowledge and horticultural expertise Creativity and a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients Ability to translate client ideas into practical, high-quality design solutions Strong organisational and time-management skills A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
