Andamar Landscapes is a garden maintenance company that has been running for over 14 years.
We look after the gardens of over 55 retirement properties and private customers gardens.
We pride ourselves in the fact that 95% of our business comes from recommendations and we have had a lot of our customers for over ten years.
Currently looking for someone to join our current team of 8 loyal staff. as a team member.
This is an all weather role.
JOB PURPOSE: TEAM MEMBER ROLE
To carrying out grounds maintenance tasks, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of communal gardens and private residences.
REPORTS TO:
Garden maintenance manager.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To complete garden maintenance tasks such as.
Weeding, digging, strimming, mowing, hedge cutting, pruning and disposing of green waste.
To ensure all company equipment and vehicles are kept in good condition and clean by all staff.
Be an ambassador for the company at all times in manner and appearance.
The candidate would be responsible for maintaining the high standard of work we currently carry out.
The ideal candidate will:
Have good plant knowledge.
Be used to using all petrol garden machinery.
Be a team player.
Have good people skills
A full UK driving licence and have transport to get to meeting place each day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends
