We're looking for someone who's ready to grow their skills and build a solid future in garden maintenance -- a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing a good job, and can be trusted to get stuck in. You'll be helping to maintain a wide range of domestic gardens across Bournemouth and Poole, working alongside experienced gardeners and learning on the job. Duties

Mow lawns using professional equipment Strim edges, paths, and awkward areas Weed and dig borders and beds Trim hedges and prune shrubs under supervision Clear leaves, debris, and general garden waste Load and unload tools, keeping equipment tidy and ready to use Assist team members with general garden tidy-ups and seasonal tasks
Experience

Some experience in garden maintenance, groundskeeping, or similar outdoor work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor labour in all weather Punctual, reliable, and polite when dealing with customers Able to follow instructions and work well in a small team Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential for the right candidate)

Pay: From 24,000.00 per year
