Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced and reliable

Team Leader

to join My Tidy Garden -- a fast-growing garden maintenance company in Bournemouth and Poole. You'll be responsible for maintaining domestic gardens to a high standard while managing your own weekly schedule, looking after tools, and building relationships with customers. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within the business.

Duties

Carry out regular garden maintenance (mowing, strimming, weeding, pruning, etc.) Plan and manage your own schedule using our app system Communicate professionally with regular customers Maintain and clean tools and equipment Check and replenish fuel, oil, and other consumables Lead on larger jobs or support others as needed Identify and report garden issues or customer needs

Experience

2+ years of hands-on experience in garden maintenance (essential) Good knowledge of plants, tools, and garden machinery Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Friendly, professional, and confident in customer interactions Physically fit and happy working in all weather Full, clean UK driving licence (essential - you'll be driving a large company van)

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
