St. Leger Homes are recruiting a Garden Service Support Officer to work within Housing Services in the Enclosed Garden Service Team.
The position is a part time permanent post, working Thursday, Friday and alternative Wednesday's.
The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team within the Garden Service, you will provide excellent admin support with all aspects included in the service. Creating accounts, maintaining records, taking, and chasing non-payments and setting up location lists, uploading work schedules using the appropriate IT systems.
The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and building positive relationships is a must for the role.
The postholder should possess the following skills:
A sound knowledge of the principles of Customer care.
Experience of using customer relationship management systems, databases, word processing and spreadsheet packages.
Experience of dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone daily and in writing, including with and responding to challenging customers.
Good written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise and accurate documents and data.
Experience of working to targets and deadlines within a busy and demanding environment.
Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information.
An understand of the of social housing.
