The Housing Services Support Officer will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals and supporting vital housing services
Liverpool City Council is seeking a dedicated Housing Service Support Officer to join our Housing Solutions Service, supporting our city's household at risk of, or experiencing homelessness. Based at the iconic Cunard Building with hybrid working options, this role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our housing services
The Housing Services Support Officer will be the first point of contact for service queries, manage referrals and complaints, and provide essential administrative support to help deliver timely and effective housing solutions
The Housing Services Support Officers a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a commitment to customer service, and a genuine interest in housing and homelessness issues
The Housing Services Support Officer will work closely with a passionate team, supporting enforcement actions, coordinating service resources, and helping to drive continuous improvement.
