to join our maintenance team.

The Role

This is a

varied and rewarding role

combining gardening, general maintenance, and decorating duties. You will play a key part in ensuring the hotel, grounds, and facilities are safe, attractive, and well maintained for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining hotel grounds, gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas Seasonal gardening tasks including planting, pruning, and weeding Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across the hotel Decorating guest rooms and public areas (painting, minor refurbishments) Identifying maintenance issues and reporting larger repairs as required Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard Supporting the wider maintenance team when needed
About You

Experience in gardening, maintenance, or property upkeep (hotel or similar environment preferred) Confident with basic decorating and DIY tasks Practical, organised, and able to work independently A positive attitude with pride in your work Good attention to detail and time management Flexible and willing to support operational needs Full UK driving licence desirable
