is looking for a skilled and reliable

Plumber

to join our team. The successful candidate will work across a range of domestic and commercial properties, carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair works to a high professional standard. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong practical ability and solid experience within the plumbing trade. Key Duties & Responsibilities



Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipework, fixtures, heating components, and appliances, in accordance with UK safety regulations and building standards. Carry out routine inspections, identifying issues and completing necessary repairs or replacements. Use a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and specialist plumbing equipment safely and effectively. Measure, cut, and prepare pipework using appropriate tools such as pipe cutters and saws. Assist with the assembly and installation of plumbing components and associated mechanical systems. Safely lift and handle materials, tools, and equipment required for plumbing works. Maintain accurate job records, including materials used, work completed, and parts required. Work collaboratively with other tradespeople such as electricians, carpenters, and general maintenance operatives when required.

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience working as a plumber within domestic and/or commercial environments in the UK. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, basic welding techniques, and general assembly practices. Strong mechanical understanding with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Good numerical skills for accurate measuring, basic calculations, and estimating materials. Carpentry knowledge beneficial for supporting works involving stud walls, boxing-in, or structural preparation. Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely and correctly. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential. Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
