Join Our Team as a Gardener at The Fife Arms

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Cairngorms and overlooking the River Clunie, the gardens at The Fife Arms are a true extension of the Scottish Highlands. Designed by Chelsea Flower Show medal-winner Jinny Blom--who has created landscapes for HM The King and Laurent Perrier--our gardens are a celebration of native beauty, featuring birch, rowan, rhododendrons, azaleas, and a flourishing wildflower meadow.


To help preserve and nurture this stunning natural environment, we are looking for an experienced

Gardener

who shares our passion for Scottish flora and the rhythms of the landscape.

What You'll Be Doing:

Caring for and maintaining the hotel's beautiful garden and green spaces Monitoring plant health and supporting biodiversity Mulching, edging, weeding, and general garden upkeep Pruning trees and shrubs to encourage healthy growth Managing pests and ensuring the wellbeing of all plant life Keeping all outdoor areas clear, tidy, and welcoming

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience working with native Scottish plants and ecosystems A love for the outdoors and an eye for detail Practical knowledge of sustainable gardening practices The ability to work independently and take pride in your surroundings
