Seeking Junior Gardener - Seaview Farm and Gardens

Seaview Farm and Gardens is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Gardener to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a person with a strong work ethic and an interest in plants, farming, gardening or outdoor work.

Our property includes a 1-acre walled garden, lavender fields, berry cages, wildflower meadow, expansive lawns, putting green, a variety of vegetable beds and heritage barley fields. The Junior Gardener will assist with the general maintenance and care of these areas, working closely alongside our head gardener.

Position Details:

Full-time hours during the summer season, with part-time or occasional hours during the rest of the year. Duties include weeding, watering, planting, harvesting, mulching, general garden upkeep, and other labor as needed. Physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
No formal experience required--just a positive attitude and a genuine interest in gardening and farm work.
