Salary: Dependent on experience, 14 - 17 ph

We are seeking a keen learner or skilled Gardener to join our team. This role involves working outdoors to create and maintain beautiful gardens and green spaces, ensuring that plants thrive and the environment is aesthetically pleasing.

About us:

Apex gardens works in Surrey and the surrounding area, maintaining and nurturing green spaces for clients, making their gardens a place they cherish and enjoy.

So what will you be doing?

Perform regular garden maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and lawn mowing. Operate power tools and hand tools safely for various gardening tasks. Assist in landscape maintenance by planting, transplanting, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees. Maintain groundskeeping standards by keeping pathways clear and tidy.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance. Familiarity with using power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Plant care techniques including growing conditions, irrigation methods, and pest management. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics in garden design. Physical stamina to perform manual labour including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. A valid driver's licence may be beneficial for transporting equipment or travelling between sites.
