The Role:

As

Team Leader

, you'll supervise and motivate a team of gardeners, ensuring high standards of work and client satisfaction across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, organisation, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a small team of gardeners day-to-day Allocate time and resources efficiently to meet schedules Instruct staff on proper gardening techniques and best practices Maintain and improve team efficiency and work quality Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards Provide clear instructions and supervise team tasks Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures Foster a positive, respectful, and productive working environment Liaise confidently and professionally with clients Handle minor customer concerns with initiative and professionalism

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience

in a similar supervisory gardening/landscaping role Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organisational abilities Good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to teach and develop team members Competence in using standard gardening tools and equipment Strong horticultural knowledge (highly desirable)

Essential Requirements:

Full UK driving licence

Previous experience driving a van in London

Right to work in the UK
