Collaborate closely with our Product development team to ensure the highest of standards in quality, fit and overall product performance ensure they are fit for purpose. As our Garment Compliance Technologist, you will work very closely with various teams within the business.

With the information given from our inhouse design and buying team you will be building up tech packs full of all technical information regarding materials, fits and testing ensuring all information is precise for the handover to production for costing. The maintenance of these records throughout the production process to the finished product is vital, ensuring that Vanilla Underground only sell the best products to it customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Create technical design information packs to relay information to factories. Conduct quality assurance checks and fittings on products and services to ensure compliance with standards Develop and implement testing procedures to enhance product quality ensuring these meet VU's global standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement Maintain accurate records of tests, procedures, and results

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Experience in apparels, accessories & footwear quality assurance. Deep knowledge of textile materials, garment construction, and quality control processes. Strong understanding of global testing standards and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented mindset. Experience in fabric testing and evaluating test reports.

Salary DOE

This is a fixed term contract of 6 months with the possibility of a permanent role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 28,500.00-32,000.00 per year
