Do you have technical knowledge in gas and heating systems and are ready to take that next step in your career? We have a rare opportunity to join our team as our next Gas and Heating Manager, successfully delivering a customer focused, right first time and fully compliant service.


This role focusses on the day-to-day gas repairs generated by our customers and delivering cyclical servicing programmes for all domestic and commercial heating systems within our stock.


With the chance to continually improve our services, you will work with other teams to manage budgets, inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve company goals and productivity levels, whilst remaining commercially astute.


Your goal is to continue and enhance the great work our Gas team currently does in making our houses places our customers are proud to call home, whilst forward thinking to the future and the sustainability goals for the organisation.

About You




With a recognised gas qualification, you will have sound technical knowledge in a similar environment and be able to provide advice and guidance to your workforce.


You will also be able to monitor and use data to create a culture of performance management and budget management.


As you will be working with our internal colleagues and subcontractors, you will be able to manage both workforces so that they understand their responsibilities and accountability when it comes to Health and Safety.


Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence is required with access to your own vehicle or alternative transport.
