40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (earlier finish possible if jobs are completed efficiently)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Plumber & Gas Engineer

to join our responsive maintenance team. You will be working across London and the South East on both occupied and unoccupied properties, carrying out:

Gas safety inspections & boiler servicing Boiler fault finding, breakdown repairs & installations Plumbing repairs and installations (reactive work) General property maintenance tasks as required
You will be expected to complete all works to a high standard, comply with health and safety requirements, and maintain excellent communication with customers and the office team.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Gas Engineer/Plumber Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines Positive, punctual and reliable team player Full UK driving licence Competent with using email, scheduling apps and modern technology

Required Qualifications

CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety (required) Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ or equivalent)
