Due to continued expansion we are urgently looking for an additional experienced heating & plumbing engineer to join our friendly team.

This is a varied and busy role based in Cambridge and the surrounding areas which is predominantly maintenance based in domestic properties, with some project installation/renovation teamwork.

Typical jobs include:

- Boiler and heating system fault finding and repairs.

- Boiler servicing and landlord gas safety testing.

- Underfloor heating system fault finding and repairs.

- Vented & unvented hot water cylinder servicing, fault finding and repairs.

- General plumbing repairs and installation.

Additional experience in mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) systems, air source heat pumps and HIU (heat interface units) is useful but not essential for this role. Training courses may be offered as an option to help expand your skills base.

We are looking for an engineer who can demonstrate the following:

Excellent customer service skills. Can do attitude with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Efficient use of software job information and input of job findings/follow up work required. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledgeable in heating systems and plumbing repairs. Must work in compliance with the relevant heating system legislation, trade body and industry standards/best practice.
Experience:

Gas heating: 2 years (preferred) Plumbing: 2 years (preferred)
Qualifications:

Driving Licence Gas Safe Accredited NVQ2 in plumbing related course

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
