Experienced Gas Safe Engineer

We are a long established, busy, heating, fireplace and stove showroom based in Ottery St Mary, East Devon. We undertake all aspects of heating and fireplace related installations, servicing and maintenance. We are HETAS and Gas Safe Registered.

You must be an experienced qualified Gas Safe engineer. You will be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of boilers, heating systems and fires.

Our business is focused on customer service, and therefore you must share our commitment to give the customer the best service and quality of work, with care and courtesy.

You will be predominately working in customers homes and occasionally on building sites.

Duties include:

Gas Boiler installation, servicing and maintenance. Gas Fire installation, servicing and maintenance. Surveys Warehouse, van, tools and materials management. Liaising with customers and office to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Inputting data onto computerised customer relations software. Ensuring that all works meet current regulations and are fully compliant.
Requirements

Current Gas Safe Registration for Boilers and Fires Full Driving Licence You should be confident and presentable with excellent communication skills and have a passion for providing great customer service.
You will need to be adaptable to new products and fitting techniques, which will at times may require flexibility of working hours.

Hours will generally be Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm with occasional weekend working depending upon the work load.

A full driving licence is essential.
