About the role

We are looking for a Gas Servicing & Breakdown Engineer, the role is a multi-faceted reactive role, responsible for providing a full gas servicing & heating breakdown service to tenant\'s homes located throughout the City. This will also include carrying out inspections and correcting faults. You will undertake domestic landlord gas safety checks and servicing and ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed. This will be carried out whilst providing great customer service. The working days are Monday to Friday with the requirement to participate in the out of hours emergency service rota which will include evening and weekend work.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

  • Holds the following qualifications - CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1 or qualifications at an equivalent level
  • Has proven experience within a similar role allowing you to utilise the above qualifications
  • A proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service
  • Has values in providing great customer care
  • Some experience of using electronic devices on a day to day basis would be desirable
  • A current driving licence
  • Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety measures, in addition to the requirements for complying with all Gas industry regulations
