Join our dynamic team at Nationwide FM Services, where we are committed to excellence and innovation in our industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gatehouse Operative with Weighbridge Duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Weighbridge Operations:

Accurately operate the weighbridge to record the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring all data is correctly logged and reported.

Gatehouse Management:

Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring all visitors and deliveries are logged and issued the appropriate passes.

Communication:

Handle incoming telephone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

SAP Usage:

Utilize SAP software to enter data, manage records, and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurately maintained.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with weighbridge operations, is highly desirable.

Skills:

Proficient in using SAP software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable with general office equipment.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Licence:

SIA Licence, either; Door Supervisor or Security Guarding. CCTV not essential.
