No1 Lounges' premium pre-flight experience is providing an express security opportunity to enjoy a quick and efficient journey through airport security. Fast-Track Security also offers passengers a space to sit and relax in comfort while waiting for their party to arrive.
We are now very pleased to be recruiting a number of
Fast-Track Sales Representatives
who, as brand ambassadors, will work together as a team to manage the Fast-Track Security Experience at Gatwick Airport. Fast-track offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a quick and efficient way through airport security.
ROLE OF FAST-TRACK SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
Upsell the No1 Lounges brands to passengers who do not have pre-booked lounge access across the airport (including, at Fast-Track Security and within the terminals).
Provide a friendly welcome to the Fast-Track Security experience.
Assist guests making their way through security quickly and efficiently.
Process pre-bookings on arrival at Fast-Track Security.
Circulate the check-in areas and engage with passengers to upsell the Fast-Track security experience to all passengers.
To conduct daily cashing-up and reconciliation.
To work closely with airport security teams.
To be the face of No1 Lounges and all operations within Gatwick Airport.
SHIFT PATTERN
You will be asked to work a 6-day rolling pattern - Three shifts on then three shifts off. The shift hours are (06:00am - 17:45pm). Due to operational requirements, there may also be alternative shifts starting at 3.45pm or finishing at 8.30pm). Please ensure you have transport available in order to travel to the airport for these times.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous direct sales experience essential
Previous customer service experience essential
Ability to use and operate devices such as an iPad and PDQ machines is essential
Enjoying engaging with customers is an essential part of the role
Please note: due to our location within the airport, a full 5 year working history in the UK and a clean criminal record is required to allow us to apply for a security ID before your employment commences.
