In this role, you will:

Deliver engaging and high-impact GCSE English lessons that spark curiosity and confidence in learners.

Track progress with meaningful feedback and tailored support to help students thrive academically and personally.



Take on pastoral responsibilities when needed, contributing to the holistic development of our learners.

Criteria:

Essential criteria:

Level 4/equivalent qualification in English Language/Literature. PTTLS, City and Guilds 7407, Certificate in Education, DTLLS or equivalent or PGCE or working towards relevant qualifications that allow for effective teaching of the subject matter. Experience of teaching GCSE English Subjects. Experience of teaching 16-18 and 19+ learners.

Desirable criteria:

Degree or equivalent Qualification in English Language/Literature Assessor Award Experience of coordinating exams
