exceptional GCSE English Tutor
to join our expanding team and bring our
Empowered English Mastery Method(TM)
to life for students who need it most.

qualified teacher
(QTS) with
recent UK classroom experience
in KS3-KS4 (Years 7-11).
? Have a
strong grasp of the English National Curriculum
, GCSE exam criteria, and student learning progression.
? Believe in
building genuine relationships
with students to unlock their potential -- not just delivering content.
? Bring
high energy
, creativity, and passion into every lesson you teach.
? Are excited by the idea of
presenting video lessons
for our online learning platform -- with charisma and confidence.
? Are confident leading
small group Zoom lessons (2-6 students)
with warmth, structure, and results in mind.
? Are
comfortable using Canva
or willing to learn for light content creation.
? Are a natural leader -- proactive, positive, collaborative, and not afraid to innovate.
? See feedback, planning and collaboration as tools to improve -- not chores to avoid.

What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality,
small-group online lessons
to KS3-KS4 English students using our unique teaching framework
Create or improve
engaging lesson plans and resources
(don't worry -- we have solid foundations to work from!)
Present
pre-recorded video lessons
in a high-energy, student-friendly way for our learning platform
Attend
weekly team meetings
(via Zoom), participate in
bi-weekly performance reviews
, and support with admin such as marking and progress reports
Work flexibly: teach
6+ hours per week (evenings & Sunday preferred)
and support students during optional holiday intensives
Use
student data and feedback
to improve engagement, outcomes, and confidence
Contribute ideas for content, strategy, or support -- we value voices, not just hands!
Required
QTS
and proven KS3-KS4 English teaching experience (UK-based)
Current
enhanced DBS
Confident with online teaching (Zoom) and simple tools like Google Drive and Canva
Available to teach evenings and Sundays, minimum of 6 teaching hours/week (+ up to 4 hours admin)
Willingness to work selected
weekday daytime hours during school holidays
(optional but ideal)
