tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. This role involves working with learners of various ages, including children and adults, to enhance their understanding of subjects and improve their academic performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles of each student. Utilize learning technology effectively to enhance the tutoring experience. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in various subjects. Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their educational goals. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support student learning. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of students with special education requirements or varying abilities.

Experience

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a classroom setting. Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and preschool experience is a plus. Experience working with children or adults in an educational or childcare setting is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents. Knowledge of classroom management strategies and techniques for maintaining a productive learning environment. Experience with learning technology tools that can enhance the educational experience for students. Pay: 17.89-38.14 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
