Job Description

Role: Dialogflow CX, CCAI, Gen AI Engineer

Location: UK | Remote

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written). English is acceptable, but Spanish fluency is preferred. 4+ years of experience in building conversational interfaces using Dialogflow (ES or CX). 2+ years of experience with CCAI integrations (including telephony and agent assist). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.). Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML services, especially Vertex AI (Workbench, Training, Prediction, Pipelines, Feature Store). Proficiency in Python and strong experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face Transformers). Experience with data engineering and building robust data pipelines for AI/ML workloads on GCP (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow). Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, neural networks, NLP, and machine learning algorithms. Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for deploying, managing, and monitoring ML models in production. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for building innovative and impactful AI solutions. Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, etc.). Solid programming experience in Python, Node.js, or Java. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and cloud-native architectures. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and tools like Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and BigQuery.
Preferred Qualifications

Google Cloud certifications:
o Professional Machine Learning Engineer or

o Dialogflow CX certification

Experience integrating chatbots with CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk), contact centers (Genesys, NICE), or voice platforms. Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001. Experience working with multilingual conversational design and AI content moderation tools. Background in linguistics, UX design for voice/chat, or customer experience consulting is a plus.
