Overview

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship. As a Builder, you will be responsible for constructing, renovating, and maintaining residential and commercial properties. This role requires both physical stamina and technical expertise to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Duties

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements. Operate various hand and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site assessments to identify potential challenges or hazards. Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times. Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the building process.

Skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications. Strong knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction process. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically on-site. Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients. Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous .
