We are seeking a General Office and Accounts Administrator to join our team at SWRT. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our mission by managing administrative tasks and assisting our partners in the voluntary sector. Accommodation can be provided free for extra work such as cooking and house work.
Responsibilities
Manage office operations and ensure an organized workspace.
Handle accurate financial records.
Basic accounting on Excel
Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of accounting
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Punjabi language
