Duties
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Inputting of work into the online booking system
Invoicing, packing and sending work out to clients
Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Skills
Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
