We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional administrator to support the college's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and confident in managing administrative workflows and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and internal communications
Maintain accurate student and staff records using spreadsheets and shared folders
Support exam logistics, timetables, and candidate communications
Assist with policy updates, website content coordination, and document formatting
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data protection standards
Microsoft Office Expertise
Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets (e.g. formulas, data validation, pivot tables)
Format and automate Word documents using templates, mail merge, and tracked changes
Generate reports and summaries for internal use and external submission
Provide basic guidance to staff on using Office tools effectively
Candidate Profile
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience in education or exam administration
Advanced Microsoft Excel & Word proficiency
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and shared drives
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Understanding of GDPR and data handling protocols
Professional communication and customer service
