What You'll Be Doing
Daily computer-based admin tasks
Updating and maintaining a customer database
Using
Excel
for data entry, tracking, and basic formulas
Sending standard / template emails to customers
Supporting the sales team with admin requests
Assisting with product listings and data uploads
General office and admin support as needed
What We're Looking For
Confident using computers and office software
Good Excel knowledge
(data entry, sorting, basic formulas)
Comfortable working with databases and systems
Good attention to detail and organisation skills
Able to pick up new tasks and software quickly
Reliable, positive attitude, and willing to learn
Experience
Admin or office experience is helpful but
not essential
Training provided on our systems and processes
