Monday to Thursday - flexible and will discuss during interview.

Job Duties:
Entering sales orders (processing sales orders from customers)
Entering purchase orders (processing purchase orders for suppliers)
Booking and scanning test certificates (booking in test certificates and relating documentation into Company system).
Typing quotations for customers
Maintaining databases - updating and maintaining internal company databases.
All general administration duties including filing, archiving and correspondence.
To deal with general telephone enquiries and emails.
To undertake Reception duties in the absence of the Company's Receptionist.
Any duty that may be properly deemed by Managers & Directors of the Company to be part of the role of General Administrator.
Essential Characteristics:
A good all-round administrative background.
Reliable, motivated and enthusiastic.
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
Ability to work under pressure, using own initiative and to deadlines.
Good keyboard skills with a complete understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience of working within an engineering environment would be beneficial but this is not essential.
Holidays:
18 days annual leave per year (some of which you will be required to take as shutdown days over the Christmas period) + 6 days Bank/Statutory Holidays.
Pension:
The Company currently runs an auto-enrolment pension scheme with Royal London, with a total contribution being made of 9% (4.5% employee & 4.5% employer).
