General building, maintenance and repair work
Basic plastering, carpentry, plumbing, or decorating skills advantageous
Working across residential and commercial properties
Ensuring high standards of workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Requirements
Proven experience in general building or maintenance
CSCS card preferred
(not essential for the right candidate)
Own tools and transport
Reliability and good communication
Ability to work safely and professionally
