Job Description
Productivity Bonus Scheme:
This is paid out on completion of training, on top of Hourly rate, up to an average of 1.50 an hour.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling:
Loading, unloading, and moving timber and other construction materials.Equipment Operation
: Operating basic machinery or cutting equipment including pneumatic fasteners with training.Basic Carpentry:
Performing simple tasks like measuring, cutting, and installing timber engineered components.Safety Awareness:
Following all health and safety training procedures.Required Skills & Qualities
Physical Fitness:
The job requires physical strength and stamina to handle materials and work outdoors in various conditions.Manual Dexterity:
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Communication Skills:
Good verbal communication to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.Attention to Detail:
Accuracy in measuring, cutting, and following instructions.Reliability:
Dependability to show up for work and complete assigned tasks.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 38.75 per week
