This General Assistant job role consists of helping with various tasks through out the day in a busy family run hotel. If you like variety to your day then this jobs for you!

Tasks will include the following-

Preparing and serving food and drinks, general cleaning in the bar and cafe area. Checking guests in, taking new bookings and dealing with general front of house enquiries. You will also be expected to use our till system and handle money, this will include cashing up at the end of the night.

Rooms and Laundry -Our hotel rooms are always busy, keeping rooms to a high standard is an essential. Cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, making beds, washing/drying and ironing bed linen

Weekends, early mornings and evenings will be required.

Shift times are between 7am-10pm and on occasions finishing after midnight

Age requirement is 18 + due to working on our bar and evening shifts.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident person to join our team. Someone with good listening and communication skills.

Experience in the hospitality industry would be preferred with immediate start for the selected candidate however full training will be provided so not essential.

Must be able to work with a team as well as working on their own. Handle busy situations professionally and efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per year
