Bank General Assistants

care homes and nursing homes across the North East

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the very best care and comfort -- stepping in to cover short-notice shifts in

care, domestic, or kitchen roles

as needed.

What you'll do



Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents (under supervision of senior staff) Help serve meals, support mealtimes, and maintain high standards of hygiene in kitchen areas Carry out general cleaning duties and maintain a safe, welcoming environment throughout the home Work flexibly across different homes within our group depending on cover needs Uphold Caring and Leading's values -- caring like family and leading with excellence*

About You



Previous experience in a

care home

,

domestic

, or

kitchen

environment preferred (but not essential -- full training provided) Flexible and reliable -- happy to travel to different homes as required A genuine passion for caring for older people and helping others A positive team player with good communication skills
