An exciting seasonal opportunity has arisen within our Lacock branch to be part of an inspirational team as a Seasonal Assistant in our Christmas Department.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Full time & part time shifts available, will include weekend working.

Seasonal Assistant Christmas Department responsibilities

Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action Maintaining good, up-to-date knowledge of the layout of the centre Excellent standard of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintains in accordance with company guidelines Ensure personal compliance with Whitehall's H&S guideline Packing of goods is carried out in a professional manner taking care not to damage items. Maintains a harmonious and cooperative relationship with staff, managers and third parties Trolleys and baskets always available Assisting in the set up of the Christmas Department, including putting out stock and pricing. Attention to detail and good accuracy required.
