As a General Housing Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
This varied role will include cleaning of the self-contained flats, the communal areas and offices.
Managing and replenishing cleaning supplies and ensuring equipment is secure.
Reporting maintenance issues promptly.
Complying with COSHH regulations and maintaining records as required.
Assisting with food preparation and serving.
Attending staff meetings and training sessions for ongoing development.
