The Role

This full-time, permanent role is perfect for someone who is excited about the

art and science of kefir production

. You'll be responsible for:

Making, tending, and bottling our live kefir Maintaining strict hygiene and fermentation standards Working as part of a small, supportive production team Supporting other tasks across the business as needed (e.g. packaging, barn duties, soap making tasks)
This is a physical, hands-on job in a fast-paced but friendly environment. No previous kefir experience required--we'll train the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

A reliable, hardworking individual who cares about quality and detail Genuine interest in gut health, fermentation, or natural products Happy to work with your hands and follow consistent daily routines Flexible and willing to help across departments when needed Holds a full UK driver's licence and has own transport Comfortable with rural, on-site work (postcode:

: 24,570 per year

Hours

: Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm (37.5 hours/week)

Occasional weekend work

(time-and-a-half pay)
