AG?Hotels Group invites applications for the position of
General Assistant
for our soon to be acquired property,
The Runmere Hotel, Runcorn
. This role focuses mainly on
Front of House (FOH)
duties, with additional support to
Housekeeping
as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiries.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
Support daily operations including serving food and drinks, assisting in basic food preparation, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and follow hotel policies and procedures.
Report maintenance issues and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth running of all hotel operations.
Flexibility Requirements:
Must be
flexible to work any shift
(morning, afternoon, or evening).
Must be
available to work weekends and bank holidays
as required.
Willing to assist across different areas of the hotel based on business needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
