Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and have experience in various building techniques. This role involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and timelines.

Duties

Fabricate and assemble building components using hand tools and power tools. Perform electrical installations and repairs as required. Carry out carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing work. Execute masonry work, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Weld metal components as needed for specific projects. Plumb fixtures and systems to ensure proper installation and functionality. Conduct painting tasks to enhance the appearance of completed structures. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and roofing techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Pay: 180.00-200.00 per day
