Job Description

We are looking for an experienced general builder to join our team as soon as possible. The job will be varied from working on domestic extensions to refurb works etc. You will have your own vehicle to travel between sites. You must be CIS registered. Experience is required. Ideal candidate will work on their own initiative. Immediate start. A knowledge of 1st & 2nd fix carpentry would be ideal. No time wasters please. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the project. Working with our well established team and become a team member.

Responsibilities:
- Construct, fabricate, and assemble various structures and components
- Perform carpentry work such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building cabinets, 1st and 2nd fix knowledge would be ideal
- Paint surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Perform masonry work such as laying bricks or stones to build walls or structures
- Plumb fixtures and pipes for water supply and drainage systems
- Utilize power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders to complete tasks
- Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches for precise work

Experience:
- Proven experience in construction or a related field
- Proficiency in various building techniques and methods
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and precautions in a construction environment

Pay: 180.00-200.00 per day
