Job Description

We're an in house construction team based in Surbiton, Surrey. All of our work is local to the KT postcode and this role would best suit someone who lives locally.

We're looking a for a skilled general builder to join our team, ideally someone from a carpentry or bricklaying background.

Any applicant must have experience in the following;

Reading and understanding architects & engineers plans Foundations- setting out, excavation & pouring Setting out to DPC ready for bricklayers Bricklaying (preferred but not essential) Drainage (underground & soakaways) Structural works (steel & lintel installations) First fix carpentry (stud walls & flat roofs) General building (insulation, plaster boarding & preparation for plastering) Paving & Landscaping
This role involves working independently and as part of a team. Its important that anyone applying for this role is experienced, punctual, reliable, physically fit and ready to work.

Wages are paid every Friday with tax deducted via the construction industry scheme.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150.00-220.00 per day
