Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our construction team in building extensions and other internal refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various construction tasks and possess a strong work ethic to deliver exceptional results.
Duties:- Utilise hand and power tools to construct, refurbish, and upgrade homes- The company carries out demolition, drainage, patio works, foundations, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, insulation, painting, roofing and other tasks- Conduct maintenance on existing structures- Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards
Skills:- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for construction tasks- Experience in one or more of the following: carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, masonry, painting, roofing, or other - Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and precision in completing tasks - Can do attitude a must- Excellent problem-solving skills to address construction challenges an advantage
