Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and trades, demonstrating proficiency in both traditional and modern building practices. This role requires a hands-on approach to construction projects. We Specialise in New Build and Refurbishments. You will need to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Construct, repair, and maintain structures using wood, masonry, and other materials. Ground working for Footings, Drainage ETC Install roofing systems, ensuring proper sealing and insulation. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and welders to ensure project completion. Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout all stages of construction.

Requirements

Proven experience in building or construction roles is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely is required. Knowledge of masonry techniques is advantageous. Ability to plumb effectively is a plus. Familiarity with electrical systems and basic wiring is desirable. Experience in roofing installation is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

We are based in Lincoln but have projects upto 80 miles away

A van will be supplied to the right candidate after a probationary period
