General Builder/ Multi Trader
Job Description
Looking for a multi trader with experience working on extensions/ refurbs from start to finish with some help where needed to join my fast growing construction company working across Surrey
Must have own transport and basic tools.
Ideal skills
Groundworks
Steel installation and structural knowledge
First fix carpentry
Roofing (ideal but not essential)
Timekeeping and reliability essential
Keeping a job on schedule and the site clean and tidy
Managing labourers
Ordering materials on time
160- 200 per day depending on experience and capabilities.
Over a years work booked in so looking to add someone to join my fast growing construction company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 160.00-200.00 per day
Schedule:
Day shift
Weekend availability
Experience:
Working foreman: 5 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
