Overview

General Builder required for bespoke renovation, conversion and new build work.

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team, responsible for constructing, renovating, and maintaining various structures. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in multiple trades, Ideally a qualified Joiner or Bricklayer, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required.

Duties

You will be required to undertake or assist with all aspects of building work

Site Clearance and demolition. Garden and fencing work. Ground work. Foundations and concreting. Masonry work such as laying bricks and blocks and slabs. Carpentry tasks to include Roofing installations and repairs, floors and second fixing. Painting internally and externally. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for the above.

Requirements

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations on-site. Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
