The ideal candidates will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn (for entry-level roles) or a solid background in construction (for skilled roles). Our projects range in scope and scale, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and career progression.

Duties (Vary by Skill Level):

Assist in the construction and assembly of building frameworks (walls, roofs, doorframes) Load/unload materials and keep the worksite clean and organised (Labourer/Beginner level) Measure and cut materials accurately using hand and power tools Operate tools safely and efficiently Support trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Participate in site clean-up and materials handling

Experience & Skill Level Breakdown:

Labourers / Beginners

No formal construction experience required Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work hard Assist experienced workers with tasks and site clean-up Must be physically fit and dependable Great entry-level opportunity to grow in the industry

Junior Builders

Basic knowledge or early-stage experience in construction Keen to develop skills in carpentry, roofing, drylining and tiling Good communication and teamwork abilities Can use basic hand tools under supervision Shows initiative and interest in progressing within the trade

Experienced Builders

Proven experience in residential and/or commercial construction Strong understanding of UK building regulations Proficient in carpentry (framing, finishing, structural work) Familiar with roofing, plumbing, painting, and masonry techniques Able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks Comfortable coordinating with trades and leading junior team members

Requirements (All Levels):

Strong work ethic and reliability Commitment to health and safety on-site Ability to work well within a team and take direction Right to work in the UK Own tools and transport preferred for experienced roles
