Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Builder/Allrounder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and building techniques, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This role involves constructing, repairing, and maintaining various structures, ensuring high standards of quality and safety throughout the building process.

Responsibilities

Construct and assemble building frameworks using wood, metal, and other materials. Complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, conversions. Master in block paving, laying slabs, tiling. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians and plumbers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures as required. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are stored safely. Communicate effectively with project managers regarding progress and any issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour for extended periods. Valid driving licence and own van Good communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively.
