Job Description

MBSS Ltd require a general all-rounder who can competently work on groundworks and carpentry (within the modular building industry). This is a broad ranging job role and will involve pouring foundations, installing drainage and services, hard and soft landscaping and reinstatement of sites.

Average weekly hours are approximately 40+ with early start time (5:30-6:00am) and some working away from home, dependent on where current contracts are (we generally cover Wales and the South West). Overnight allowance is provided along with paid accommodation.

Due to the nature of our work, a full UK driving licence is desirable, as we service sites nationwide. Training will be provided to aid professional, work-based and personal development. We offer an attractive and incentivised salary based on previous experience. This will be negotiated during the interview stage.

About You

You will have a valid CSCS card, a good knowledge of the construction environment and a sound understanding of health and safety. A clean driving licence is desirable. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, able to work within a group, make decisions and work to tight deadlines. We will consider PAYE or self-employed. You must be able to travel to our Aylburton depot.
