We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Perform general site clean-up to maintain a safe and organised work environment
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, ensuring projects are completed on time
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately
Experience
Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately
A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices
